How we handle your data.
Short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, use it to reply, and do not sell it. Last updated 3 October 2026.
1. Who we are
MKT Studios is operated by MKTVision. MKTVision is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: contact@mktstudios.com.
We handle personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to visitors in the European Union, we apply it as well.
2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company, monthly budget range and the message you write.
- Find your service: your answers stay in your browser. They are sent to us only if you then submit the contact form.
- Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and time of request.
- Preferences: your light or dark mode choice and your cookie choices are stored in your browser.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call, because you asked us to.
- To keep the site secure and working, which is our legitimate interest.
- For analytics with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Amplitude, including recordings of how visitors use the site, only with your consent. You can withdraw it at any time under Cookie settings.
4. Who receives it
- WebForms processes contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Amplitude provide analytics, and the last two also session replay, only if you accept analytics. They record pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and device information.
We do not sell personal data. These providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the contract and the law require.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The site works without tracking cookies. Necessary storage remembers your theme and cookie choices. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Amplitude set cookies and load only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. No marketing technologies are in use. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, to delete it or to limit how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@mktstudios.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center. Visitors in the European Union can also contact their local data protection authority.
8. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
